He has been a senior analyst at the company since 2000. His focus areas include telecom services, telecom infrastructure, wireless, satellite, Internet, hosting and collocation providers. During 2008–2010, the Financial Times ranked him as the No. 1 and No. 3 stock pickers in the telecom and wireless services sectors, respectively. Previously, he held equity research positions with Alex.Brown, Toronto Dominion and Ferris Baker Watts, covering wireless, wireline and Internet service providers. Prior to beginning his capital markets career, he was a senior consultant at BIA Companies, worked in corporate strategy at Daimler-Benz AG and was a policy analyst with the U.S. Congress. He is a two-time finisher of the Ironman Triathlon.
