Melody Wireless Infrastructure has acquired over 760 wireless infrastructure assets from Unison Site Management, increasing the size of Melody’s portfolio to approximately 3,000 assets.
“This latest acquisition will solidify Melody’s presence within the wireless infrastructure ecosystem and directly aligns with our goals and philosophy. We are continuously looking to expand our asset base to support wireless carriers and tower operators,” said Omar Jaffrey, managing partner at Melody Capital Partners, and CEO of Melody Wireless Infrastructure.
David Bacino, president of Melody Wireless Infrastructure, added, “By acquiring this portfolio from Unison we will significantly increase our land easements underneath cellular towers, strengthening our relationships with all major tower companies. We look forward to having enhanced relationships with our customers and will continue to work together as long-term partners. In addition, this acquisition provides Melody with additional rooftop and wireless structure locations that will provide new location and service options to our carrier customers.”
