SC3/SCX3 Series

The SC3/SCX3 series CompactLine EASY microwave antennas from Radio Frequency Systems (RFS) can be used to support wireless applications in the 6GHz frequency band. Under revised FCC guidelines that permit the use of 3-foot antennas in the commonly-used 6 GHz frequency, RFS customers can now benefit from the SC3/SCX3 to achieve overall OPEX and CAPEX savings for microwave backhaul. The antennas are engineered to provide high performance in a light, compact, easy-to-deploy package, which can be as much as 20 percent lighter than competing products on the market.

Under the FCC’s B2 standards, minimum radiation suppression requirements increased across all categories, requiring a high-performance antenna despite the decrease in size and gain specifications. RFS’ SC3/SCX3 series CompactLine-r- EASY microwave antennas give network providers more choice in how they design, build out and upgrade their networks to meet the complex demands of subscribers for high performance applications.
