May 28, 2015 — I am not sure why the TIA keeps banging on the Net Neutrality issue. From the “more than I can read daily, number of feeds I get from dozens of sources” category, they are the only ones that are still beating on what is, IMHO, a dead horse. The sides are aligned, the lawsuits are flying, and all the verbal rhetoric from the TIA isn’t going to make the FCC change anything. And, their latest statement “Once again, TIA stands with others in calling for a stop to the FCC’s efforts to regulate the Internet like a utility. The United States has the best Internet in the world because it is a product of a free flowing system that promotes innovation. The FCC’s new Title II rules will impact investment in new broadband infrastructure, impeding the growth and innovation that has that taken us this far” is just a rehash of the same old propaganda. Aww geez.
