Alpha Technologies, a supplier of power and battery systems for macro cells, with +24-volt and −48-volt rectifiers and converters, now offers what could be the industry’s only NEBS-certified, environmentally hardened UPS for outdoor DAS. The system combines rugged UPS and batteries in carrier-grade enclosures for use in the outdoor environment.
